Do you accept any type of property into your program?

We do not. We maintain a catalog of discerning clients and guests that expect warm, cozy, relaxing spaces full of charm and character. So, the properties in our program must fit with that expectation. Can we be added as an “additional insured” on your liability policy?

Absolutely! Our policy is a comprehensive policy and we are more than happy to add you as an additional loss payee.

What happens if one of your clients damages my property?

Agile Property Group accepts full responsibility for any occupant-caused damage that occurs to your property. We have never had a problem but rest assured, if anything occurs, we’ll proceed with coordinating all repairs and maintenance AND we’ll continue to pay you rent even if the property is unoccupied.
